Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and sales, with a strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients and partners using various tools and platforms. They will create and maintain a database of qualified leads, generate new leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

  • Sales and Business Development:

Our Sales and Business Growth Specialist will reach out to potential clients, present MentorX services, and identify their needs. They will conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into clients, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Relationship Management:
">

The selected candidate will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. They will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling MentorX services.

  • Market Research:

Our Sales and Business Growth Specialist will analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. They will provide insights on client needs and preferences to enhance service offerings.

  • Reporting:

The successful candidate will track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales metrics. They will use CRM tools to document client interactions and update lead status.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in a remote or online environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • A proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills for lead generation.

What We Offer:

MentorX offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, paid monthly at a rate of $5,000. In addition to the base salary, we offer monthly incentives and performance-based bonuses.
