About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition process by managing compliance and onboarding tasks.

  • Coordinate and process pre-employment requirements, including drug tests, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Manage onboarding paperwork and documentation for new hires, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
  • Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to scheduling, candidate communications, and reporting.

This role requires strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and at least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment administration, HR operations, or staffing coordination.
