About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Professional is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, connecting top-tier talent with client opportunities while ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to endorsement and placement.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams to understand client needs and collaborate closely to drive successful placements.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in collaboration with clients and the recruitment team to accelerate hiring timelines.
  • Implement strategies that streamline workflows and improve efficiency by proactively addressing challenges.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hiring for finance, sales, and marketing roles.
  • Mastery of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A curious and proactive mindset with a passion for recruitment, employer branding, or talent acquisition.
