Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hiring process, from initial outreach to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through personalized communication and timely updates
  • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct video screening interviews, following a standardized script to assess candidate fit
  • Maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Contact new employees to prepare them for onboarding sessions
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to conduct online and phone interviews
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
Desirable Qualities
  • Proactive project management skills, with experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources
