Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity.

Job Description
  • Calendar management and meeting coordination are essential responsibilities, requiring prior experience with calendar management and meeting coordination.

Additional duties include Microsoft Planner task tracking, scheduling weekly team meetings, managing follow-ups, travel planning (business and personal), research, communication, and appointment setting.

We are seeking an individual with strong organizational skills, proficiency with Shopify admin and Printful dashboard, and excellent written English and communication skills.

Required Skills
