Team Leader Role

The Team Leader is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and leading a team to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to motivate and develop their team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day planning and operations of the team
  • Ensure each team member delivers on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Organize and handle team schedules and tasks
  • Train and develop team members through coaching and mentoring
  • Evaluate team strengths and weaknesses
  • Offer solutions for team growth and development
  • Monitor and document team performance
  • Manage issues and provide creative solutions

Requirements:

  • At least two years of relevant Team Leader experience in an outsourcing or similar company, managing a minimum of 10 team members
  • Minimum of two years' experience supporting financial campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Above-average technical know-how
  • Previous experience working in phone, email, and live chat customer support roles
  • Familiarity with e-Commerce, ZenDesk, or other CRM tools
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on different shifts
