
Customer Experience Specialist

TaskUs seeks a Community Ambassador to serve as the primary point of contact for the organization, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless interactions with applicants, clients, and executives. Key responsibilities include managing the flow of people through the business, maintaining accurate records, and regulating administrative tasks such as billing validations, shuttle logistics, executive management, assets management, and office supplies management.
The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, creative, and proficient in writing. A College Level or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Hospitality Management is preferred. Additionally, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, as well as proficiency in Creative applications like Canva or Photoshop, would be advantageous.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various departments to anticipate applicant needs and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be approachable, patient, and flexible, with a strong ability to maintain relationships with vendors and internal customers.
The Community Ambassador will be responsible for creating daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports to track office supplies requisition, delivery, retrievals, inventory, consumption, and validation. The selected individual must be detail-oriented and able to justify all reports.
