
Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer experience and support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a strong ability to work in a team environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer satisfaction and experience through timely and effective issue resolution.
- Meet and exceed client-mandated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in training to improve work performance and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Essential Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication Skills—both in written and oral.
- One year industry experience and with 6 months chat or 1yr payroll exp.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and adapt to changing circumstances.
