
Customer Success Manager

Job Description:
- The Client Service Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer interactions, providing proactive and reactive support through various channels.
- Assist clients with resolutions to questions concerning products, billing, technical, delivery issues, account/contract status, change of address, cancellation requests, refund requests, and all pertinent queries.
The ideal candidate will spearhead special projects, participate in global process improvement initiatives, and adhere to service procedures that provide comprehensive and actionable solutions-oriented metrics.
This role requires 100% adherence to SLAs and business process requirements, effective prioritization, and timely problem resolution. Regular coordination with the Regional CS team is essential to stay up-to-date with any changes impacting customers and end-users.
Maintaining a high level of knowledge about products and markets through self-study, research, and analysis is crucial. Sharing information and knowledge with the team maximizes knowledge and effectiveness within the specialist group.
Skill Requirements:
- Basic project management skills
- Ability to develop share knowledge and develop skills in others
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English
