
Luxury Dining Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting the Outlet Manager with operations, ensuring accurate service and consistency of products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting and maintaining accurate service and consistency of products
- Providing exceptional service to guests
- Promoting and maintaining good employee relations between service kitchen and dining room
- Leading in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
You will also ensure that all corporate, regional, and local hotel standards of operating policies and procedures are adhered to. In addition, you will provide strong support to the Outlet Manager in achieving business objectives.
Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful as an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will need:
- A graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (an advantage)
- A minimum of two years of fine dining restaurant operations experience in a luxury hotel (an asset)
- Service-oriented, high guest service skills, talent, knowledge, and ability to lead colleagues to excellence
Strong working knowledge of loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications is essential for this role.
