
Senior Technical Support Position

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our remote workforce. As a vital member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and resolving complex technical issues related to Smart Grid solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer support tickets and provide timely updates.
- Troubleshoot intricate technical problems (SQL, Linux, networking, VPNs).
- Collaborate with utility clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide after-hours/holiday support when necessary.
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
- Proficiency in Linux OS support and network administration.
- Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery, or Salesforce admin experience.
- Utility industry or Smart Grid exposure.
- ITIL/ITSM background.
