Lead Generation Specialist

The role of Lead Generation Specialist revolves around driving business growth, customer engagement, and revenue expansion. Key responsibilities include prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, collaboration with the sales team, appointment setting, and communication and follow-up.

  • Prospect for potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and research. Identify new business opportunities for company products.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target businesses, industries, challenges, and pain points. Utilize these insights to craft compelling messaging that resonates with prospects.
  • Evaluate potential leads by initiating conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. Determine if they align with criteria for becoming qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Coordinate meetings between prospects and sales executives. Manage schedules, send invitations, and ensure both parties have necessary information for productive discussions.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with prospects by providing relevant information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns. Follow up on previous interactions to nurture relationships and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Record and track all lead interactions in Salesforce and other CRM systems. Keep contact details updated, log conversation notes, and maintain accurate data for reporting and analysis.
  • Partner closely with the sales team by providing well-qualified leads and valuable insights. Share feedback on lead quality, contribute to account strategies, and suggest improvements to the lead qualification process.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales (hunting via outbound prospecting)
  • B2B technology industry experience (SaaS sales)
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Outreach, and Mixmax
  • Experience in start up environments
  • Excellent conversational skills & ability to engage prospects and build rapport
  • Availability to work EST (New York) or PST (San Francisco) timezone is a MUST
