Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who can effectively support the growth of our business through lead generation and marketing efforts.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building and maintaining an organized lead database, ensuring accuracy and regular updates.
  • Researching and qualifying potential clients, identifying the best leads for outreach.
  • Engaging and nurturing leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Following up diligently on all inbound and outbound leads to keep them moving through the pipeline.

The Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for:

  • Improving and updating the company website to enhance lead conversion.
  • Managing and optimizing the CEO's LinkedIn presence, including content creation and engagement.
  • Developing high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and email campaigns.
  • Creating compelling client proposals tailored to prospective client needs.

In addition, the Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist will track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring visibility into lead status. They will also generate weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing performance, maintain CRM records, and ensure all interactions are properly documented.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, experience in sales support, lead generation, or marketing (B2B experience preferred), and proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, email marketing, and basic website management.
