Senior Financial Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Professional to lead our financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, they will maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online (QBO) records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing financial strategies to support business growth and improve profitability.
  • Managing cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking for the organization.
  • Handling payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees and contractors.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Partnering with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Maintaining tax compliance, including sales tax, payroll, and corporate filings.
  • Streamlining financial processes and implementing best practices for efficiency.
