Lead Financial Manager Role

We are looking for an experienced financial leader to oversee daily consolidated financial operations, collaborate with operating company controllers, and support strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing holding company accounting functions, partnering with controllers on monthly closes, and providing tax support and integration of new acquisitions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate financial statements across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with operating company controllers to ensure timely and accurate monthly book closes.
  • Oversee holding company accounting functions, including payroll and accounts payable management.
  • Support annual tax filings, audits, and purchase price accounting during acquisitions.
  • Develop scalable accounting policies and processes for a fast-growing organization.

Key Requirements:

  • CPA designation required.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Able to work independently in a startup-like environment with evolving policies.

Preferred Experience:

  • 4+ years in accounting leadership roles, preferably with experience in M&A and consolidation.
  • Background in acquisitive companies and multi-entity financial reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced growth environments.
