Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing strategic financial insights. This role combines hands-on accounting work with leadership and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience in property management accounting. They will also possess proficiency in accounting software and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accountants and bookkeepers to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with management and clients to address financial inquiries and provide strategic insights.
