**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to provide first-level advice and support on key foundational and transactional HR activities at Upsurge Unlimited Resources Inc.
This role is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and supporting HR systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to HR queries from employees, business functions, and HR, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Managing HR queries via ServiceNow and centralized phone support, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys.
- Ensuring accurate paperwork and proper submission of HR forms and online information for employee lifecycle processes such as terminations, transfers, and changes in employment conditions.
- Administering employee lifecycle activities through HR systems (SuccessFactors), including job and compensation changes, position management, and support for system usage among Line Managers and Employees.
The successful candidate will have:
- A tertiary or technical qualification, with up to 2 years of experience post-qualification, or
- Up to 10 years of administrative experience in a related field without formal qualifications.
Familiarity with technical and functional business system applications is essential. Key competencies include resilience, flexibility, and courage in all aspects of work, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
