Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

This is a shift-based role that requires round-the-clock coverage for provisioning and deprovisioning of employee user accounts in SaaS environments.

The successful candidate will monitor our in-house ticketing system, acknowledge requests within the defined first response target, access SaaS environments to perform user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and changes, execute only the defined steps in the runbook, log every action with notes, request links, and screenshots or other evidence in the system of record, meet service levels for first response and resolution by request type, and maintain reliable shift coverage.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in SaaS technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service is required.

  • Strong English communication skills - both written and verbal are essential.

  • Familiarity with modern SaaS tools such as G Suite, Slack, CRMs, Jira, etc. is necessary.

  • Comfortable managing user access for SaaS applications is a must.

  • Strong attention to detail and consistent process discipline are required.

  • Reliable and steady during low activity periods with strong time management are expected.

  • Tech-curious and proactive in learning new tools, updates, and processes is desirable.
