Job Overview

A Senior Technical Support Specialist is required to provide advanced technical support for global customers on MDM/UEM platforms. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, escalating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing knowledge base articles, mentoring junior engineers, and handling escalations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 2/level 3 support for global customers on MDM/UEM platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in an efficient manner
  • Escalate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related matters
  • Develop knowledge base articles and training materials to improve customer experience
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices to enhance team productivity
  • Handle escalations with urgency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution

This is a remote, full-time opportunity that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, or IBM MaaS360, as well as familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Salesforce. They should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support (enterprise software/SaaS)
  • Strong experience with MDM/UEM platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and prioritize tasks effectively
