Community Manager Job Description

As a Community Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our brand in all physical and digital activations. Your day-to-day tasks will include being the face of the brand, engaging with customers, and driving revenue through community-led initiatives.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with excellent communication and community empathy skills. You should have a deep understanding of community building and at least 2 years of experience in this field. Comfortable using social media platforms is essential, as well as being able to adapt to the on-demand nature of digital events.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can work across departments, multitask, and possess excellent time-management skills. They must also be willing to learn on the job and tackle new responsibilities.

  • Engage Yardstick retail and wholesale clients through various community-led initiatives.
  • Organize in-store events to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Develop short and long-term initiatives to engage the Yardstick and broader community.
  • Build and manage online communities while driving conversations and engagement.
