Job Description:

This is a highly motivated and enthusiastic role that primarily involves making calls to leads who have expressed interest in business ownership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments with a franchise consultant, utilizing their exceptional communication skills and HubSpot expertise.



Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Contacting leads via phone to explore suitable business options.
  • Setting up appointments with franchise consultants to document and manage all activities in HubSpot CRM, including call logs and appointment details.
  • Following up with potential clients via email or make additional calls as needed.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales and consulting teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of client services to effectively communicate opportunities to leads.


Requirements:
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales or business development experience.
  • Previous experience in the franchise industry is a plus.
  • Experience in appointment setting or lead qualification is a plus.
  • Experience in using HubSpot CRM is a must.
  • Understanding of basic franchise concepts and terminology is a plus.
  • Neutral accent is a must as this is a client-facing role.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable in using a dialer system for outbound calls.
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed.
