
Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to manage cold outreach efforts and drive new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will conduct research, manage email campaigns, track responses, and optimize outreach strategies to support business growth. They will work closely with the Creative Director to generate high-quality leads and improve engagement rates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously, utilizing strong organisational and time management skills.
- Develop and implement effective email templates and communication strategies.
- Track and analyse outreach efforts using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation results.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).
- Strong written communication skills for crafting and optimising email templates.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
- A high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking leads and client information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with prospects and the internal team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms.
- Background in conducting online research and organising data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to refine processes for efficiency.
