Healthcare Outreach Manager

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Outreach Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical outreach team, you will be responsible for designing and executing targeted doctor outreach campaigns to activate clinical trial sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute doctor outreach campaigns using a data-driven approach.
  • Research and filter doctors based on relevant criteria such as medical specialty and location.
  • Build targeting frameworks using clinical judgment and research to identify the right specialists and exclude poor fits.
  • Quality assure all lists before launch to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Develop SOPs and research playbooks to standardize repeatable outreach processes.
  • Write and iterate outreach emails that drive replies.
  • Manage outreach coordinators by assigning work, checking quality, and coaching improvement.
  • Run email sequences in Mixmax or similar tools.
  • Triage replies and hand off to the PM or Medical Director for NDA and qualification.
  • Track outreach performance in Airtable or CRM.

Requirements:

  • Experience running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech.
  • Understanding of how doctors work, including specialties, referrals, and the US healthcare system.
  • Able to reverse-engineer who's seeing the right patients and filter them effectively.
  • Systems-driven with experience building playbooks, workflows, and logic trees.
  • Capable of managing junior staff and getting the best out of them.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to write persuasive outreach copy.
  • Comfortable using Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, Google Sheets, and lightweight CRMs.
