Key Proposal Manager Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will lead the creation and delivery of winning proposals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposal plans and deliver high-quality proposals that meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze client needs and contribute to bid strategy and win themes
  • Develop compelling proposal content, including research, analysis, and strategic recommendations

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate proposal submission, while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in leading proposal development teams or similar roles, preferably in a sales or marketing environment
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality proposals that resulted in wins or positive outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
