About the Role:As an Account Executive, you will drive deal conversion and revenue growth for a scaling B2B company.
You will own the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature.
Key responsibilities include conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior decision-makers, creating tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with client teams to meet revenue targets.
Required Skills:- Excellent spoken and written English
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales closing or account executive roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Comfortable conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior decision-makers
- Strong negotiation, proposal creation, and deal closing skills
- 20%+ conversion rate on qualified opportunities with consistent monthly revenue targets
- Partnership with established business owners who have genuine buying authority
- Collaboration with an integrated revenue team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities
