
Business Development Manager

We are seeking an expert to manage our entire GTM infrastructure, overseeing lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and custom fields. This includes identifying operational gaps, proposing strategic solutions, and executing them efficiently.
- System Ownership & Strategy
The selected candidate will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the entire GTM infrastructure. They will identify operational gaps, propose strategic solutions, and execute them efficiently.
- Full Funnel Ops & Automation
This role involves building and optimizing workflows for lifecycle transitions, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and real-time alerts. The candidate will implement scalable systems for lead attribution, routing, and data enrichment. They must ensure seamless integrations with key platforms.
- Reporting & Attribution
The specialist will create executive-ready dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI. They will manage multi-touch attribution models to provide actionable insights for Marketing, BDRs, and Sales. Deliver always-accurate, decision-ready reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
This role requires partnering with Marketing to refine UTM strategy, campaign builds, and email templates. The candidate will align with Sales leadership on pipeline structure, SLA monitoring, and performance workflows. They must collaborate with BDRs on lead stages, lifecycle strategy, and reporting improvements.
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in managing a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment using HubSpot
- Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations
- A strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and explain them to non-technical teams
- A self-starter, strategic thinker, and execution-focused individual
