We are seeking an experienced Intake Specialist to perform a challenging role in our organization.

Job Overview

The Intake Specialist will be responsible for collecting and inputting relevant information regarding clients' potential claims, including details about plaintiff information, attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gathering information from incoming calls to create leads.
  • Entering all details into the case management system and assigning leads to Account Executives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Performing other duties assigned by Management.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource environment.
  • Strong computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to work on flexible schedules.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Meet typing requirement of 40 WPM.
  • Strong time management and adaptability.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Home Office Requirements:
  • A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed.
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent.
  • A noise cancelling headset.
  • A backup internet connection and power outage backup.
  • Dual monitors.
