Customer Service Opportunity

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly through effective problem-solving.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to meet customer needs.
  • Document interactions accurately and process claims efficiently.
  • Guide customers through available options to find the best solutions.
  • Follow established procedures and protocols while utilizing available resources.
  • Protect customer data and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge.
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements and maintain consistent attendance.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous call center experience necessary.
  • Work from home experience preferred.
  • Strong command of the English language essential.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM required.
  • High-speed internet connection necessary.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems required.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills essential.
