Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Engagement Specialist to promote our engagement communication strategies to our global community. As a key stakeholder, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and community satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute community engagement plans that meet business objectives.
  • Liaise with Technology Development, Delivery, and Marketing departments to provide requirements and follow up on deliveries.
  • Set and manage community member expectations while improving the overall community experience.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for community escalations and propose corrective actions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working in multinational/multicultural virtual teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Customer service or sales experience.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
