This role involves identifying and securing potential property deals through strategic cold calling.

  • As a dedicated Cold Calling Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact with property owners, using your persuasive communication skills to uncover opportunities in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:

You will work with large lists of contacts, making outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists. You will research recent property sales for pricing comparisons, identify potential sellers, gauge interest in cash offers, track call outcomes, document leads, send contracts to interested property owners, meet daily calling metrics, and generate qualified leads for property acquisitions.
