We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists, qualifying leads, and effectively communicating our business offering.

  • Make timely submissions of technical or professional medical claims to insurance companies.
  • Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales skills and experience in B2B calling and appointment setting.

You will work closely with our team to refine call scripts and share feedback to drive success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Must have experience in B2B calling and appointment setting.
  • Capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
