Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the United States of America.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, qualifying leads, and effectively communicating our business offering.

The successful appointee will also be tasked with setting up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership, tracking outreach activity, and refining call scripts.

Additionally, the candidate must have experience in B2B calling and appointment setting, be capable of handling a high call volume, and possess excellent communication skills.

As an associate level position, this role offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The employment type is full-time, and the job function is customer service and administrative.

Job Description:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
  • Qualify leads and effectively communicate our business offering.
  • Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team.
  • Handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Must have experience in B2B calling and appointment setting.
  • Capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
