Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, property owners, and potential clients.

Introduce the company's real estate services and build initial rapport.

Qualify leads by gathering information about property ownership, selling interest, or investment needs.

Accurately record lead information in CRM systems.

Set up appointments or follow-ups for real estate agents.

Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, persuasive attitude.

Provide feedback on lead quality and call outcomes to the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
