Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning outbound prospecting on LinkedIn to identify potential clients
  • Cold calling senior HR and hiring managers to schedule qualified meetings
  • Booking appointments that convert to closed placements, focusing on delivering results in a commission-based remuneration model

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating and qualifying leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms, as well as experience with cold calling and handling gatekeepers. Strong written and spoken English skills are also essential for clear outreach messaging and client conversations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering sales results in recruitment or staffing firms
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms
  • Strong cold calling track record with experience setting appointments and handling gatekeepers
  • Excellent written and spoken English for clear outreach messaging and client conversations
  • Comfortable with a commission-based remuneration model tied to qualified appointments and closed deals
