We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client acquisition process, you will be responsible for connecting potential clients with our expert financial advisors who can help them achieve their financial goals.

Your primary focus will be on relationship-building and strategic communication, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, informative, and engaging.

This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, using cutting-edge software and tools to track and report on your outreach activities and success metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold outreach to potential clients from provided lists
  • Qualify prospects according to established parameters
  • Schedule quality appointments for financial advisor meetings
  • Inform prospects about next steps in the process
  • Follow prescribed processes for appointment setting
  • Maintain consistent communication within the Mountain Time zone
  • Track and report on outreach activities and success metrics
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
  • Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Excellent time management and organization abilities
  • Professional demeanor and articulate communication style
  • Basic understanding of financial services industry (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes
  • Proficiency with CRM and communication software
