We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and process claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, and following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.

Physical Requirements

This role operates in a professional office environment, and the employee will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks.
