We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Job DescriptionThis role involves handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and process claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, and following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
