Senior Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a self-starter to join our remote team as a Senior Project Coordinator. This role offers direct impact and global exposure in commercial design, allowing you to bring cutting-edge office designs to life while gaining invaluable experience with leading manufacturers.

About the Job
  • This is a 100% remote position designed for someone with strong administrative and logistical skills. You will be instrumental in supporting commercial office furniture projects from start to finish.
  • You will work closely with designers, account executives, clients, and vendor reps to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management & Coordination: Manage quotations, procurement coordination, material takeoffs, vendor communication, and logistical project support to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Documentation & Admin Support: Maintain organized project files, create and manage project timelines, meeting minutes, and key communications to keep stakeholders aligned.
  3. Vendor & Client Liaison: Act as a liaison for product availability, lead times, and deliveries, coordinating across clients, account managers, and internal teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
  4. Logistics & Project Execution: Support scheduling and coordination of installations, deliveries, and site visits, identifying potential delays early and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a project support, administrative, or coordination role within a commercial interior design firm or office furniture dealership.
  • Strong familiarity with US commercial office furniture manufacturers and their product lines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with project management software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude, ability to anticipate needs, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
