
Global Employee Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our global employee population across various regions. The ideal candidate will be a key part of our Global People Operations team, working both front-line and back-office operations.
This individual will be responsible for processing employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations. They will also provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide effective support for employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to appropriate partners or teams as needed.
- Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for employees in the US.
- Maintain and audit employment records, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Support basic HR reporting needs and contribute to maintaining process documentation.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization (experience supporting international regions is an asset).
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and data management in HRIS systems (UKG experience preferred).
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).
- Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate effectively in cross-cultural environments.
- Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with precision.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
- Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in employment laws, HR technology, and employee experience best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly recommended.
