We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional to support our global employee population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools.
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.
  • Maintain and audit employment records.

This role requires flexibility to work across time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work various hours.
  • 2–3 years of experience in People Operations for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and data management.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately.
