Job Overview

This position involves leading the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across global clients, conducting workshops to gather business requirements, and configuring Employee Central objects and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Conduct workshops to design global HR processes.
  • Configure Employee Central objects, workflows, business rules, and event derivations.
  • Manage integrations with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
  • Ensure compliance with global HR regulations and data privacy requirements.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors and at least 5 years in Employee Central.
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee Central objects, workflows, and business rules.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and SAP Identity Authentication Service.
Preferred Skills
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central.
  • Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
