Job Title: Employee Engagement Specialist

  • Our HR Operations team seeks a skilled professional to provide exceptional support to employees and managers via various communication channels.
  • Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, transactions, and policy-related matters with utmost care and attention to detail.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with onshore partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a repository of out-of-scope queries for future reference.
  • A bachelor's degree holder with at least 1-year experience in an HR Helpdesk role is required, preferably from a shared service center environment.
  • Proficiency in HR ATS and workflow systems, such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or BambooHR, is essential.
