The Role
Customer Support Advocate OpportunityWe are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Advocate to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will own customer communications from initial request through to resolution.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via Intercom and occasional phone conversations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product direction.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base resources to support clients.
- Engage with the development team to escalate bugs, solve problems, or obtain missing information.
- Contribute to process improvements to scale support as the business grows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in a customer support capacity.
- Proficiency in software systems such as Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Client Success, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Intercom.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating professional documents and presentations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Able to listen to concerns and handle criticism professionally.
- Effective at engaging in robust and articulate dialogue while maintaining an open mind.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
