Procurement Analyst Role

This is a high-performance position for an experienced Procurement Analyst to support the Operations Director in developing and executing a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with a distributed team to create dynamic procurement models, transform live stakeholder data into actionable insights, and oversee the systems engine that ensures uninterrupted supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong Excel modeling abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTable, PowerQuery). Additionally, they will have experience working with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Jira) and cloud-based business phone systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across key supply chain nodes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding ETAs, logistics documentation, and exceptions; escalate delays before impacting operational activity.
  • Transform raw data into concise, actionable insights for senior leadership and the wider Operations Department.
  • Develop and refresh dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices; self-drive upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Economics or equivalent analytical experience.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in procurement, supply-chain, or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in Professional Business English.
  • Persistent phone and email follow-up abilities.
  • Analytical mindset.

  • Asynch communication platforms (e.g. Teams, Slack).
  • Cloud-based business phone systems.
