Regional Delivery Lead - Asia Pacific

The Regional Implementation Head oversees the execution of client implementation and delivery projects within the payments industry across multiple regions. This senior leadership position defines and drives the global delivery strategy, leading a regional team to foster excellence and accountability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops strategic plans for regional delivery, aligning with commercial, product, and operational objectives.
  • Crafts scalable frameworks and tools for delivering complex payment solutions to enterprise merchants.
  • Leads high-performing regional delivery teams, setting and monitoring key performance indicators around time-to-live, delivery velocity, customer satisfaction, and internal process adherence.
  • Ensures effective resource allocation and alignment of implementation plans across verticals.
  • Acts as a senior escalation point for complex delivery issues and coordinates feature-readiness with Product/Tech and commercial handoff with Sales/Pre-Sales.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years in implementation, delivery, or onboarding in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Strong understanding of integration models (API, hosted, hybrid) and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with fluency in English.
