Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, or SMS in a timely and professional manner.
  • Select the best processing method and explain the solution to the client to resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all inquiries and problems handled.
  • Operate personal computers, mainframes, software packages, and front-end programs related to the client.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
  • No prior experience is necessary; however, relevant experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is desired.
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial.

  • Basic computer skills are essential.
  • The ability to develop basic payments industry knowledge is crucial.
  • The ability to research issues and resolve customer inquiries efficiently is vital.
