Job Description

Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing vendor payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and leveraging tools like QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager to maintain efficient accounts payable processes.

  • Manage and process vendor invoices, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audits and reporting purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role is required. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager is also necessary. Additionally, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
