Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Leader to drive design efforts across interactive gaming and entertainment platforms. This role will shape the look, feel, and usability of products used by thousands of users every day.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop user interfaces for modern gaming and entertainment websites, including mobile-responsive experiences
  • Enhance user experience based on user feedback, analytics, and internal UX evaluations
  • Mentor junior designers and review their work, offering thoughtful, constructive feedback
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and reusable interface components
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with product vision
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • A strong portfolio featuring user-centric designs—preferably within gaming, entertainment, or digital platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy
  • Understanding of behavioral UX and conversion-optimized design principles
