Financial Manager - Financial Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic financial leader to join our leadership team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all aspects of financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management with accuracy and timeliness
    • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and executive-level presentations to drive business growth and decision-making
    • Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial strategy
  • Strategic Analysis & Planning:
    • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership on profitability analysis by product line, customer segment, and business unit
    • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics to inform business decisions
    • Conduct sophisticated financial modeling and pro forma analysis for business initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments
  • Systems Integration & Process Optimization:
    • Ensure seamless integration of inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems with the general ledger to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
    • Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize ERP system functionality and implement financial system upgrades
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks across the organization through internal controls and SOX compliance
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growth and development to support business objectives
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and executive teams to provide financial training and support
