
Court Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Court Management Specialist to oversee a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications. As the primary point of contact, you will manage client relationships, communicate with attorneys and medical providers to collect case details and documentation.
You will provide compassionate and efficient guidance to applicants throughout the funding process. Your goal is to ensure timely and accurate completion of legal documents and submissions.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable handling legal documents and coordinating with attorneys to ensure seamless case management.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Case Review: Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents to ensure completeness and accuracy of law firm submissions.
- Client Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, providing clear guidance and support throughout the funding process.
- Case Tracking: Monitor progress of applications and prioritize high-urgency cases effectively, maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring timely updates.
- At least 2 years of experience in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
- Working knowledge of personal injury case types (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.).
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and legal case tracking tools.
- Prior experience in U.S.-based legal or insurance environments.
- Spanish-speaking proficiency is a plus, but not required.
