Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating inventory to stores based on agreed schedules and adjusting allocations in response to sales trends and environmental factors.
- They will also monitor sales performance at store level and highlight replenishment opportunities, as well as support planners with actionable insights to optimize stock turns and ensure promotional stock is allocated and monitored to maximize sell-through.
- To succeed in this role, you will need 2–4 years of experience in allocations, replenishment, or retail analytics, prior experience in multi-store or multi-channel retail operations, and Excel proficiency with intermediate formulas.
- You will also need to be proficient in setting and monitoring stock thresholds, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
